Warner to captain Hyderabad. Not a very smart move

Why not KL Rahul?
And if they go with Warner , who will be the resting oversea players?

CSK look the strongest(and the most balanced) by a large margin, and under Fleming and Dhoni, the players should be even better. It is just a question of not losing their nerves and staying calm, unlike last season.

P.S: I do not support CSK.

Duminy is captaining Delhi ? LOL whats up with the strange captaincy choices.

^ It's probably Kirsten's choice.
Surely would have been Angelo if Kirsten wasn't there.

Starc on Indian pitches won't be as effective. RCB need not worry.

Would be interesting to see how CSK handle Hussey and Irfan Pathan. With too many big shot overseas guys around, its a problem of massive plenty.

Hope Irfan can finally make his breakthrough back again into top flight cricket with this IPL. He has the advantage of playing for an IPL team that's captained by the current Indian team ODI/T20 captain (MS Dhoni). If he finds form in this IPL, there are heavy chances that he can make his India comeback pretty soon. With the 2019 WC in England on the mind, Irfan Pathan and his swinging deliveries can be a handful in England. I see him, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and Mohit Sharma as the frontliners in England in 2019 with Shami, Yadav and Aaron as backup. I believe India will have a very nice bowling attack for the next WC (if all our current bowlers are managed well enough up until 2019 and if Irfan makes his comeback).

Irfan Pathan will be 34 by the time we get to the 2019 world cup. So there is almost no chance of him making a comeback in the national team or being in the world cup squad. And bhuvi is a like for like replacement for Pathan anyways.

Sean Abbott is likely to play in Playing XI for RCB in the absence of Mitchell Starc...

Looking forward to Delhi this season. They have good players and a great coach.Hope they would do something memorable this time.[DOUBLEPOST=1428160137][/DOUBLEPOST]

Zaheer was 32 when he played 2011 WC so I don't think age is not that big a factor, but still I think we have got good bowlers so unless he does something very good we are in no need of him.

So u are trying to say he cant play wc just because he will be 34??? How old was Sanga, Mahela, Dilshan, Misbah, MSD when this wc was rolling on?
