It still is in some ways; OOTP Baseball got away with using real player and team names up until the last patch of last year's game (they got the MLB licence this year - they still don't have anything for Japan or Cuba or places like that) and ICC gets away with being unlicensed. I'd imagine that management games are slightly different because you don't have to graphically represent the player and I'm sure there's been court cases about it but I maybe wrong
as the patch isn't coming
and I know it would still have bugs, I will try DBC16.

...you know? I know you'll be waiting a long time for DBC16 than you could for the patch you claim isn't coming. In fact, I know the patch exists.
Hopefully the patch will have male cheerleaders and the ability to be a groundskeeper.Like, a week or so now. They posted about it on their Facebook and Twitter only just a few days ago.
