Third star player would be a waste of money since I could only play two. Since no one else got him either, I didn't feel the need. And, the huge cash reserve enabled me to get five Pool A players including myself.

Can teams only play two at a time then? I wasn't aware of that.
Getting five Pool A players will give us some strength but we do seem to be a team of all-rounders so far, lacking in either specialist batsmen or bowlers.
