Other than Cricsim (Used for FC & ODI) , they ain't good at selecting bowlers.

There is one Cricket Heroes (don't know about how realistic it is, but you can select bowlers and even which over you want them to bowl) but its a paid one.

Well we finally got our first win of pre-season! :cheers

Promoted myself up the order just to see what would happened....safe to say it won't be happening again :p

Well played @SambarVadai :thumbs

Bobby Dazzler!!

After a couple of disappointing matches in the PCPL warm ups, left arm paceman Bobby Dillinger found his groove and blew away the PCPL Free Agents XI with a fantastic display of fast bowling.
On a wicket that was always going to cause the batsmen a few problems, Dillinger forced Moses to edge a quick, full delivery which was taken superbly by Tikolo in the slips with his very first delivery. Four balls later Chaudhary nicked a rising delivery to Mignolet, completely beaten by the pace and bounce. Worryingly for Slipperpool Dillinger left the field after completing just one over. In his absence the ever reliable Trent Johnston was also enjoying the conditions and picked up the wickets of Rovvins, Paul and Ali swinging the ball on a nagging length.

Once back on to bowl, Dillinger proceeded to rip through the batting with a display that drew comparisons with the the great Wasim Akram. Swinging the ball full and at pace, Cannizaro had a look of sheer disbelief after edging an outswinger that was again caught by Tikolo with a fantastic catch diving to his left. Pawlowski and Fischer were next to fall. The only batsman to put up any form of resistance was Atkinson who scored a blistering 102 off 108 deliveries before he succumbed LBW to an inswinging Dillinger yorker, ending the innings and Dillinger finished with figures of 28-6 from 8.2 overs.

Requiring 178 to win, the Slipperpool top order also found the going hard, however Punani and Mignolet stuck around and put together a partnership of 82 before Punani was bowled on 71 by Mishra. Slipperpool were firmly in control by this point and Mignolet hit the winning runs in the 29th over to record their second victory in a row.

This is a slow work in progress but getting there!

Well we've won a few and lost a few :p

Yeah that's fine :)

I really appreciate what you're doing cooks but can you make the stats a little more friendly on the eyes? Like how @themusketeer has done in the Landscape team thread?

Disapointed with my bating, maybe I can climb up a bit? Other then that I think we're doing well except for the fact that batting all rounders are bowling so much...

If I am allowed to have a say, I think we should take the opportunity. We should test our players enough so that we have a clear idea where do they fit in with the star player when the official matches begin.

Yo Slipperpoop, up for an OD? List A with no stars.
Which part of melting Antartica iceberg are you from?
