Banner and render look a top class work for a starter like you, Avatars are tad too simple with imperfect placement. You should try playing with adjustments like Brightness and Contrast, Vibrance, Gradient Map, Selective Colors, etc. Try duplicating the stock twice or thrice or even more and use some the Blending options like Hard Light, Soft Light, Screen, Overlay, etc. Try lighting the avas with a soft brush at screen or soft light or any of the previously mentioned - use the bruses on 300px and paint from the corners. Keep up the good work expecting to grow highly in the field of Graphics. Good Luck!
