Looks good, a bit less of the Gradient and a bit of Drop Shadow would've been perfect. Logos don't seem to modified/effected.

A tool to give good effects - shared by Matt with his logos in DBC14 forum, check that out.

The Banner Looks phenomenal be it the Main text or the sub text the colour is good too.The tabs on the other hand borrowing words from the previous comment, needs some more effects may be a drop shadow or any filter effect will also work fine , also a different set of colours will also be okay if the text remains same.Finally the Logos, I dont see any change to them it seems they are exactly the same ones, I am no expert as far as this Area is concerned but I am still a learner and I know a few things about Graphics.Hoping for better stuff.
