Solve your computer problem with the help of experts!

I had used AVG 8 Free for a while I liked its interface but again the detection rates. It made my P4 pc lag :boxing so I had to format it. Now using Avast! and no problems and also I found the scanning (Automatic mode) in AVG is pretty slow.

Right click on My computers, and Click Properties. This will show a summary of the system configuration.

Another way, Right Click on the Desktop, and select Properties.
Go to settings tab, and click on advanced button.
Click on the Adaptor Tab. It shows what Graphics card you have, and its brief specs.

Crap. I thought you were using XP.
In Vista, there is "Computer" instead of My Computer.
Right Click on that, and click properties. Then follow WI's post.

Open regedit

Goto

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

Look for an entry "CurrentType"

If its set to "Checked" change it to "Free", if it says "Free" change it to "Checked".

Reboot and try again.

Are they good?

You tell... Is Aero Running Smoothly??
2 gb Ram is great, but I feel the Processor is a let down.
