Neo, if you are talking about bookmarks, open opera and click on bookmarks menu.
Click on Manage Bookmarks
A new tab will open where you can manage your bookmarks.
on that, there is a button labeled File.
Click on that button> There will be an option to export bookmarks.

I have got a problem. I was playing ICC , suddenly some shaking colourfull dashes appears on my monitor and my computer was off. I switched off the U.P.S. And when i start my pc again, some sound "beep beep" is coming from CPU for some time and it stops after some time and my pc is not opening. The power is coming in monitor. Please help me guys...
Do you have an external graphics card or integrated?
If it is external, plug in the monitor cable to the integrated on if you have both.
Also, check your RAM. If you have more than one module, remove one and see if the computer works, else, if you have only 1 module, try switching the slot.
Is the motherboard fan spinning? check to see if the fan spins then stops, then spins and stops again continuously.
