Hey mates i have bought new earphones with a mic now how can i record my voice in my pc?

I used audacity to record but it didn't work as no sound was recorded

There is no wrong with my mic as i tested it on Skype

My PC is having some serious problem after I connected iPod to my PC. It doesn't recognize it at first and my PC shutdown automatically after sometime. Later Itunes recognized it by my PC keeps shutting down after some time. Now my PC shutdowns frequently even without iPod connected but it takes some time before PC auto shutdown but If I open any game or installation or do any file scan then my PC shutdown at same time. It's really annoying me, I can't install anything and neither I can scan. Please help :help

As I said it only happened after I connected iPod and system shut down when I scan so I can't scan.

I have scanned with Malwarebytes but no threats found. Whenever I starts Spybot scanning system shuts down

Mate, I think its some power problem.

How can connecting iPod can damage Power?

Open in safe mode and see if the computer still restarts when you connect the Ipod.
Also, while in safe mode, run a full system scan with an antivirus.

But how to solve the system auto shutdown even when iPod is not connected?

iPod may not be the problem then. The auto shut down mostly happens due to power supply issue.

1. Virus / Spyware
2. Faulty Ipod
3. Faulty Power-Supply
4. Faulty USB ports
5. Faulty Motherboard
6. Faulty Windows

I can only scan with spybot and it takes lot of time. I can't install Kaspersky (virus?)

and How can I find the fault by the reason you gave?
