South Africa's tour of India - October/December 2015

I can't begin to tell how frustrating this is. Jadeja doesn't deserve to be in the test side on merit, but he is there. He's India's best number 7 in limited over and he's not there. Our batting order is all over the shop and there is no back up for it. Binny and Rayudu, continue. Fabulous.

Jadeja returns for test against SA replacing Harbhajan .

That is absolutely NUTS !!

I am happy he replaced Harbhajan, but why not do it in ODIs too ? Makes no logical sense whatsoever. Jadeja is the better bowler and batsman.

And Binny is still there. LOL

You might want to check his ranji trophy performances so far.

Even Nathu Singh is in but not Rishi Dhawan.Selectors doing a great job :clap

I agree on Rishi Dhawan part. I don't know what more that guy needs to do to make it to the squad.

I do not know what to say. Indian cricket is at its worst when the selectors plus players fail. I am not blaming Dhoni or anyone particular for this but the entire structure is a failure. While I do agree on Jadeja's selection for test purely based on form as said by our respected Selectors :p but what about Rishi Dhawan? He has been in form doing so well. I agree to few post above that we need to start looking into other bunch of players then the 17-18 that are playing since years now.

I feel there are some petty politics happening that we aren't aware of, Kohli Dhoni doesn't seem normal, Yuvraj not getting selected. Not many players come into consideration and the backups or our bench strength consists of Binny and Raydu. I am afraid to say that since last year or so Indian cricket has lost a true follower and fan. Its not the performance that hurt, its the politics that is stopping me. I would rather watch New Zealand play who has been my 2nd favorite team after India.

Binny was considered by Selection Committee as his father Rozer Binny is one of the members of Selection Committee. And I don't think Rayudu has any aspects from his side to get considered. I am sure there is a very big chicken baking in the heads of Committee members.

We should have got Gambhir back in the place of Dhawan. Yuvi/Yusuf in the place of Raina and Varun Aaron in the place of Mohit Sharma. This could have been the best ODI side of India for current situation.

Instead of having commentators and umpires withdraw from the series, the BCCI should take games away from Mumbai until their government and association can figure out this bully issue

It will solve every thing when the revenue will end up with some other board and to some other state

Its not a bully issue at all. Be in place of those 1000's of people who have died year after year from those Train Bombings to 26/11 taj attacks. Shiv Sena has always opposed any Pakistani players or artist and they are continuing to do so. They don't care about revenue. Also Mumbai being a Sharad Pawar zone wont be ever boycotted.[DOUBLEPOST=1445282579][/DOUBLEPOST]Btw don't get me wrong but not everything is associated with Revenue and Money.

I am sorry, but Shiv Sena is nothing but a bunch of immature bullies and violent hooligans. Their only aim with this stunt is getting back into the news and gaining some political brownie points. They do not care about the sentimentality linked to this issue or any other issue concerning Bombay (or the country) - as long as they keep getting their 15 seconds of fame.

Agree, Shiv Sena has always acted like this but its not fair to move the game somewhere else and bow down to them. Even Hardik Patel threatened to stop the buses but these things wont happen. Its mere politics as you said, plus it not now they have always like this since the 93 blasts. Shiv sena has always opposed Pakistani players. Its similar where in chennai, Sri lankans are not allowed to play. Its only loss of us the Fans

Why is it not fair ?

The people of Bombay and the government and the MCA need to oppose Shiv Sena instead of turning a blind eye to their tantrums and saying "they have always been doing this". But that will not happen until the people and the government and the MCA are affected significantly - take away the revenue and the match from Bombay. And it will work wonders !! Ofcourse it will never happen, but this is the only way to put these Shiv Sainik terrorists in their place.

And I had suggested the same for Chennai. If their government has issues with Sri Lanka and SL players, then matches should be moved out of Chennai and TN if required. Banning players and umpires and commentators is pathetic

Im not supporting shivsena like you say they are opportunistic hooligans at the same time i have seen people comparing them to terrorists in other threds.. i would liek to clarify one thing Shiv sena at worst is going to protest throw ink in your face....not bomb you and send you up in flames which is what terrorist is!

Also while sport is great way to improve relations between nations it shouldn't happen while there is no proper relations between the countries. Call me patriotic i don't have anything against pak players, commentators umpires most of them almost live here entirely during IPL but should we have a bilateral game sporting ties when life's are at stake at the border. Is sport worth it ? would you play with a neighbor who constantly demolishes your garden and sends in snakes ?

I was surprised bcci even considered talks considering the two PM's pf the country themselves weren't having peace talks properly first!(is it lust for money BCCI?)

Regarding SL issue again the same, our nation turned a blind eye to deaths of a horde of people who share the same language and cultural roots as one of its states to the extent that other fellow countrymen bemoan they are not getting cricket games.

You dont need to kill people to be a terrorist, although that is the popular definition now owing to recent events. Shiv Sena plays terror politics and threaten people with violence if they cannot get their way. Moreover, their history is littered with violence which is much worse than just throwing ink at someone's face

And I agree with your sentiments about bi-lateral ties. But, I am sorry. Shiv Sena does not stand for anything but themselves, so lets not try to justify their boorish behavior.

It doesnt matter what shiv sena did im more concerned how money minded pigs BCCI are to even think of a Bilateral series when this is the state between the two countries

We have tactical nuclear weapons to deal with Indian aggression: Pakistan

Also im pretty sure there is distinct line between prtest riots and actual terror acts pls dont for a second compare what shiv sena does to terror acts we have witnessed,
