I can't be bothered writing in the 3rd person anymore, so:

Firstly, you agreed to pay for name changes. 'Deserving' means nothing, because we negotiated that.

Second, what the Monkeys do is irrelevant. If you want to know about businessman in the world, then you shouldn't talk about the spirit of the game and making money fairly. A good businessman is one who cheats at every opportunity. The above examples are clearly mistakes, and all but one were made by np anyway, so it's not my fault.

However, there was no agreement made that we have to mention your sponsorship name every time we say the Sydney McStallions. Why should I do it just because the Monkeys do it? Had you said that it was part of the agreement, we would've done it, but you didn't.

I never dragged what the Monkey's did in this issue but you were the one who dragged "goodwill and gesture" into the issue first hands on which made me comment this.

Secondly, The contract was for the team name sponsorship, which meant that what I wrote was supposed to be the part of the team name. It isn't something different - its supposed to be the team name. And a team name has to be mentioned fully, that's what's the point of this lawsuit. The name sponsorship means that we decide the name and not only the prefixes.


If you were not fine with it you could have widthrawn from the deal at the very moment when you first asked for more money for more things(Like removing brackets) but you didn't. I wasn't giving money away for free you know, I didn't buy the sponsorship for only the team thread name, but the TEAM name!

I want 1.5 million vCash - no less. Or if you want me to pity on you then 1 million but no less!

Actually despite them announcing that they'd be known as the Commonwealth Bank Australians, it went back to Australia quickly. No lawsuits there though, and that was real money in the real world, plus it was a real company that was losing money by not being mentioned.
