Story Subcontinent Ashes on Cricket 2005

Hello there everyone...I am starting my 1st ever story on cricket 2005 and no better way to start than the Ashes of Sub COntinent...Pakistan tour to India with 3 Tests and 3 ODI's with one of them 20-20.....

It will start of by Test Series...Then the 2 50 overs ODI and one 20-20...

Pakistan and India have named there Squads...

This Cracking Series will be watched my millions of people around the globe. So to telecast it lots of big tv channels bid....

Here are the Channels who bid:

Sky Sports
Channel 4
Channel 9
Ten Sports.

But out of all thos Ten Sports got the rights to telecast the live coverage of the subcontinent ashes....

What kind of level will you play? Easy, Medium or Hard mode? And will you use a patch and which one?

no patch and i will play on easy i am only a beginner and i cant even get them out really quickly and i cant hit every ball for six either

Well before you do that, I strongly suggest to go the practice nets. Try to differ from length and line. Try if first for fast (not medium fast) bowling. You can get 15 different combinations (if I am right). Try to get the timing for each shot.

After that train against slow bowling, like against Leg Spinner of Off spinner. And try to get the timing there.

I had these problems in the begin also, but within an hour I really progressed. It takes some effort, but eventually it will really help you.

Pakistani captain talks to the press about the series before leaving for India.

Reporter:Inzamam this new Tour called the SubContinent Ashes looks great,What are your personal opinions..

Inzi: Bismilah-irahman-irah-eem,,,,,Yes i like this tour very much and boys like it too..It is great to have this like england and asutralia rivarly,so i and boys think its great.

Reporter: You are going to play 3 Tests and then 3 ODIS which is one 20-20 and thats new to you..

Inzi: Ya the boys are upto the challenge and Inshallah we can win it..ya the 20-20 is new but some boys have played it in county in England but it will not troule us much...

Reporter: Now about your Team,Are you happy with the team you are taking.

Inzi: Ya i believe in the team and we will fight hard..India is a good team but we will put our 100% in and Inshallah we will win.

Reporter:So who do you think will be your Key players apart from you ofcourse?

Inzi: Shoaib Akhtar is our senior bowler and if he bowls good we will have a good chance..

In our batting, Yohana and Afridi are 2 good batsmen and if Afridi give us a good start we can put good scores.

Reporter: What do you think about Hassan Tahir(me) only 14 years of age playing for Pakistan,Ofcourse the record is of Hassan Raza he was 14 too.Do you think he is worth naming in the squad?

Inzi: I dont know yet,but i saw him in the nets and he was batting good like afridi but a little calmer and bowling good pace too..not as much as shoaib though..and we try him out and see what he does..

India Press Conference

Indian Captain Sorav Ganguly talks to the Press about The SubContinent Ashes.

Reporter: What do you think about this new Series?

Ganguly: I feel great.I really like this series and so do the boys.I think its great entertainment for the people and it will be watched by as many people as the Ashes ones.

Reporter: What do you think about a 20-20 in the series?

Ganguly: We think its really good having a 20-20.Its new but it wont be much of a trouble and Sehwag is really looking forward to it as will be Afridi,I am Sure.This will give crowd very good entertainment.

Reporter: So what about your Squad are you happy thit it?

Ganguly: Oh yes! I am very pleased. We have picked the best possible squad and we will look to beat Pakistan.

Reporter: Who are your Key Players then?

Ganguly: Bowling: I think Pathan and Zaheer are the main fast bowlers,they can swing the ball with good pace and i hope they do that with the new ball.

And our Spinners both are of great quality.Kumble has all the expirience and we need that and Harbajhan is a samrt bowler too but i think we will only play one at a time.

Batting: We have 3 World Class Batsmen...All of them of Highest Class..
Tendulkar,Sehwag and Dravid and i dont think i need to say much about them and I am working hard myself to get a good series here for my batting too because i need something special here as i was in a poor form when Pakistan visited us recently.
