To clear things up :
Judas is indirectly an undercover Vanilla Townie. The setup is designed that both sides have to look out for the danger in their camps. The Mafia with a Judas and the Town with a sleeper agent.
I can not confirm nor deny Fake's claims. But what I can confirm is that the game is setup so that a balance is maintained at times.
I will confirm that should the Mafia boss be eliminated very early, he will trigger a sleeper agent (I have to have a night kill ability for the Mafia to counter the grannies night kill ability ) this is not stipulated in the OP, my apology. This being my maiden game as a moderator, I am bound to make some mistakes. Any chance to the game will be notified here in order to keep things fair.

Not sure if you can reveal this too, but is there a chance that the sleeper agent and the boss be active simultaneously (i.e. the possibility of two mafia nightkills during a night phase)?

Yup, Borris is a threat to Town. As per OP he is mafia with the win condition to eliminate all townies.. he does not have a killing ability though.

Nope, the sleeper agent will only know who the boss is . He can kill anyone except the boss, Judas and granny. He will have no chat with the boss...

In that case, it's imperative that we get Judas out first instead of the Boss or Borris. That way there is a slight chance that the sleeper agent will do the job for us by killing off Borris.

Here's what I said before

I am a VT. swacker and FP are either boss and one of the goons, and are attempting to convince the townies that FP is actually Judas, by sacrificing swacker, who's the boss, and are throwing me in the mix probably so the whole Mafia isn't revealed on Day 1, or FP is town, and is fake claiming, and swacker is mafia, and having been caught by surprise by the fact that FP managed to nail him as scum in his fake claim, is mentioning me in order to make it look like me and FP are his partners, and protect his real partners.

I find the second one to be the most plausible option. So I am lynching swacker.

FP and Swacker both are claiming to be Judas, FP mentions Swacker is the boss while the latter says he can't due to instructions given to him by the mod.

If Swacker flips Judas - we lose a townie, FP lied.

If CK flips mafia boss - FP fake claimed since he mentioned him as Borris.

If FP flips Judas - Swacker is lying.
