still a bit annoyed that i won't be able to play this game,

it's a huge let down, i was really looking forward to it, anyway, maybe there might be a lower spec version. that would do me fine.

Anyway, keep up the good work guys.

Mate, i wouldn't jump the gun just yet...we have not made an official announcement on the specs yet. There will be many 'levels' you can adjust for performance. I have tested the medium-low settings the other day and was getting a very nice 200 FPS or so on my machine. So whilst it is not as pretty it's still decent and would work nicely on your low spec machine i am guessing. In any case you will be able to test the demo which will allow you to choose all the performance levels and play IN GAME as per the real thing so you will then know how your PC stacks up.

guys let us know when will be releasing beta?

Maneesh good to see you have one of my fav cricketers on the front, but I'd like to point out that you put in the Jamaican flag on not the west indian flag

But why would TAOC need a cover anyway? It aint gonna be coming in boxes or something. You just gotta download the setup!

no problem with the cover, however, it lacks finesse, like the AC09 or EA covers. ask zaxotes if you really want a cover, his work on an imaginary Cricket 10 patch for C07 box cover. it's amazing.

Can we please have nervous ninties? It was great seeing Watson get out 3 times this Summer in them. You could also have it as a rating, so maybe the confidence of a batsman who gets nervous in the nineties goes down. This stat could increase if you get out in the 90s as well, and lower when you convert your opportunities. What do you think?

^ Not every batsman(Sehwag for e.g.) gets nervous in nineties, so I don't think its feasible.

I think the actual human holding the controller will be nervous anyway, so this will automatically occur, but I do plan to have a slight effect in game as players approach milestones in the innings such as 50's and 100's etc

^ Not for 50s please. For 100, it might be ok.

I have an suggestion for bowling........

Firstly the bowler adjusts his bowling marker...
And during his run-up he sets up his speed and spin\swing\cut etc.
And just when he is about to bowl........

The game pause and there should be a mini game.......
i.e. like a timing bar (in ea cricket batsmen's)....
If the marker is placed in the right spot then the ball will go as it is supposed to go......
But if it stopped in the wrong zone the the ball's line-length can change..

For eg.
If the ball was supposed to be full length or a yorker..
Then it may end up being a full toss....

Or if the ball is short or a bouncer....
Then it may go over the batsman's head for a wide....
And occasionally over keeper's head...

It should not happen that always same thing happens....
A mistimed yorker can be a full toss or it can also become a half-volley to be smacked...
