Super Over Cricket Simulator

Super Over Cricket Simulator is a simulator which is used to simulate super over matches. It can also be used as an alternative to one over matches.


How To Install:
Extract the RAR/ZIP.
Click on "setup" and let the installer do the work for you.


How To Simulate:

• Enter the Team Names. This is important, as you cannot go by being lazy and leaving it empty.
• Click On "Simulate".
• To Simulate the Match between the same two teams again, click on "Simulate Again".
• If you wish to simulate a super over between two new teams, click on "New Match".
• Click on "Copy to Clipboard" after simulation to copy the ball by ball updates to the clipboard

How to save ball - by - ball commentary for forums:

After simulating the match, from the drop down menu, on the bottom left, select "Save Commentary - Forums". Then select a destination folder and save it. It will be saved in as a Text File (*.txt). The option for *.rtf is available as well.

3 runs scored. The batsman drives the ball towards long on. Qucik running between the wickets!
6 run scored. It's the maximum. The short ball has been pulled ferociously.
6 runs scored. This one goes for a huge six. It's a BOOM! BOOM!
1 run scored. Batsman tries to slash it, but edges it to the third man.
4 runs scored. The batsman simply flicks the the ball. A great shot for four!

That's the end of the innings of India. They have scored 22 runs in the super over. Australia needs to score 23 runs to win the match.

The procedure is simple, just like the simulator.
I certainly need some feedbacks on it so that I can understand that what are the things lacking in it. They'll also encourage me for sure.

If you'd have made the result appear in text box with poly lines, it'd have been a good job as the copy paste method could have been used. Btw, I'll download it after a month as I can't access my laptop till a month

It says Australia scored 9 runs but they scored 17. I guess the next update needs to have wickets (are they in there?), batsmen and bowlers.

Like the idea though.

Your idea is of 30, 40 and 50 Over Matches.

My friend is still interested in it. Also, he hasn't helped me in making this. This sim is quiet simple and basic. I am still with you for your sim.

Just played it. Really amusing game. And my only suggestion is to come up with commentary in the dialog box itself so that creating a text file is not necessary.

Update:
Now save ball by ball commentary!

I have added the feature of copying the ball - by - ball commentary to the clipboard. Simply click on "Copy to Clipboard" after simulating the match and then paste the commentary wherever you wish to. It's easy, isn't it?
