Frylinck I'm not sure about but he's been hardly bowling for quite a while so it could easily be something similar

JJ Smit has hurt his knee, and is a batsmen only during the World Cup.

Frylinck has been moved up the order, so maybe he is focusing on his batting more.

While I agree that this is 2 times in a row that something of a miracle would be taking Pakistan to next round be it be finals in last world cup or no rain today, lets leave it to fate. USA has been a good team compared to Pakistan and if they are good enough, they will win today and rain or no rain, they will go to Super 8.
