Hi everyone,

firstly I need to apologise to olllie, i should have pm'd you before I left for my summer holidays but unfortunately i just did not have the time.

I hope that I will still be able to make a valuable contribution towards the Willow Wanderers and that everyone still wants me as part of the team.

We are really struggling with our batting. All of us are failing to click cohesively!

Think we are playing too many all rounders. Taking the England ODI 2007 route is not going too well, might have to start playing more specialists.

It could very well be so, I think the team is lacking certain balance. I think the other teams are more balanced than us at the moment!
Once the balance is right I am sure we shall fire away to victory!
