Yeh but I don't want a team full of A/R's, they dont have as good averages and notoriously A/R's have never really performed in the PCCL.

No problem if required I can turn into a LF only, well I guess signups must have a compulsory option of "write a paragraph about your cricketing character" that will really makes it easy.

Why would you do something like that? It's not like you can tell the sim you only bowl sparingly, which is why you would pick Batting A/R. But there is a major dearth of A/R's in the draft remaining!

No I mean most of players all rounder like they are genuine bowlers like(Aamir) but also can bat a bit or some one is a genuine batsman like Sehwag may be but on required can also bowl.Their may be some who say we are genuine allrounders. If we ask every body to write a para about their character then we will able to judge it and then we can set their ratings accordingly.

That's a pretty nice one, I had the 'W G Grace Memorial Ground' as he was one of the best people to utilize his fine piece of willow in the history of the game.
