Idiot! If you go by 'cricketer', then ODI cricket is included (which you say cant be counted since you know you cant fight on that).

Sachin is a better fielder, cant compare on bowling as Inzamam has rarely bowled in intl. cricket, Sachin is a better person on the field (sportsmanship, controversies, etc), cant compare them on running between wickets AS INZAMAM IS THE PROBABLY THE WORLD'S WORST RUNNER, etc.

Where does Inzamam win here on the cricketer count?
He was a far better captain than Sachin to be honest. On the field he was calm, quite and his tactical skills as captain were very good.

Hmm Obstructing the field,Ball Tampering -A win given to England right? -- Some memorable moments of cricket ;)

There wasn't any Ball Tampering from the start! Thats why earlier this year the ICC changed the result from England win to Draw because there was no ball tampering at the start. Its basic logic Chetan. :)

Obstructing the field was a BS appeal by India. Inzamam was never attempting a run, and was going back to his crease.

Besides, who won that game anyway

So Inzi should have either let the ball hit his body or dived out of the way of the ball just to get run out? Is it quicker for Inzamam to move his whole body or to just raise his bat to the ball? Let me throw a ball at you and see what you would do.

I remember that! They showed the photos and videos of them ball tampering didn't they? O wait no they didn't and it was just a racist umpire abusing his power.

As much as I disagree with the argument that Inzi is better than Sachin, I am in no doubts whatsoever about who was the better captain. Inzamam is miles ahead in that regard.

Imagine if both players swapped teams. How would they perform in different teams? I know we can't say for sure but I reckon Sachin would struggle for Pakistan regularly as his proneness to "choking" would be a huge hinderance to his performance.

If We do so then Sachin would have started to administer Nandrolone or start bitting his team mate or start to do Bowl Tampering.
Sachin has higher respect in International cricket than your whole Pakistan Team where there is no bowler who bowl without steroids.(Except Legends like W Akram,W Younis and I Khan). ;)

He tries to fool people that he edged a ball when he didn't, or vice versa

What? He tries to say that he edged the ball when he didnt. You think he doesnt want to play cricket?

I am not worked up, you are. Thats why you are posting lines like the one above.

lol sorry mates i didn't know that as i never watch Pakistan Matches .Sorry i should have said that without clear evidence...

I have no doubts he wants to play cricket.

But you're saying he shows sportsmanship, but he doesn't.

If he was a sportsman, he wouldn't shake his head and grumble when everybody on TV sees him edge a ball, and he certainly would not be trying to convince the umpire that hes not out when he is out.

And you know he does it. That LBW appeal by Damika Prasad - Sachin was CLEARLY LBW, and he asked for a dang review, but his bat is nowhere near the pad. He is trying to convince everyone, including himself that he edged the ball and shouldn't be given out.

Thank God we have technology - and you were saying he's a sportsman.

He is not a sportsman. Adam Gilchrist is a sportsman. Inzamam is a sportsman. Brian Lara is a sportsman.

This line is an extra fitting just to backup your first line. You say sachin is not calm, quite and tactical? I am not arguing he is a better captain than Inzy. I agree with that too (Inzamam was a better captain). When Sachin was captain, the players told that he took too much pressure upon himself and he cared a little too much abt the performance of the rest of the team. He used to go to the bowler almost after every ball for advice/tips.

But when he was not captain, he is very well known for giving tactical advice to the bowlers/other captains. This was acknowledged by Dravid, Ganguly during their captaincy and many of India's bowlers during the after match presentation (zMario's favorite part fo the whole game)

Keep the nandrolone part down, buddy. Lets not get into that.

When have we ever ball tampered?

Oh right, Rahul Dravid had to ball tamper against ZIMBABWE.

Not my fault Sachin hasn't been able to get a man of the match award since 1998 and only received 2 in test match cricket. Thats just sad.
