It seems I have great upload speed.

According to the Speedtest, I've got 135 kbps download and 64 kbps upload speed. But how's that possible?! I'm on dial-up here, and I know for a fact that my download speeds never go beyond 20 kbps, forget about uploads! Can anyone clarify this?

Your downloads are in KBps while their units are kbps. Hence the difference in numbers, you can google it to find the difference.
