I think this is slow but i am not sure.
Bare in mind, i live in a very small village 30 houses or so, in the middle of nowhere. Heres an example, we can get broadband but a house 200yards down the road cant lol
The 365ms is the latency or the amount of time it takes a packet of data to be sent by one application (or machine), travel and be received by another.
The lower the number the better but the distance plays a part, e.g. Europe to Europe will be quicker than Europe to the US.
How come people from England, India America blah blah blah have faster Internet speeds then Australia. I have the second fastest package possible here in Aus, and Iam still like 4 thousand kb/s down then all of you guys!
