I read somewhere that reverse tethering is possible. You can give it a try.

You must have rooted phone for it. Also you'll have to connect your phone all the time while browsing.

I'd suggest buying a wifi router if your computer doesn't have a wifi card or if it has simply create a wifi hotspot using your computer there are many applications available for the purpose.
