Nope I have a Creative Zen, bigger screen, more space and way cheaper

I used to have those. Awesome piece it was! But the lure of the iTouch with its touchscreen features, apps (YouTube, Facebook), Wi-Fi and the hype sucked me in.

Might sell my iTouch soon because my Nokia Xpress Music is enough for me (iTouch's speaker quality is pathetic), and I dont use much of apps these days (although YouTube is still a major attraction as I cuddle up into my blanket and watch videos on my iTouch).

Well I went to Best Buy to check out the iPad. Must say it is an entirely different experience to actually have it in hand than to just read/talk about it. Really nice to use

Don't see myself buying it anytime soon but it IS a cool product. Yeah, it is a big ipod touch but who said that was a bad thing in the first place.

Keyboard is a lot better than i imagined it as well.

There are reports that the 300,000 figures include those sold to resellers, not necessarily to consumers.

Personally, I'm not in the least bit interested in buying one. I simply cannot see a valid use case in my every day life. It's just an expensive toy and if people wish to buy it, they are welcome to!

I can spend a whole day at Best Buy. With the fall of Circuit City, Best Buy is now the major computer/technology store in the United States.

I don't think any Apple product is on a 2 month release schedule--that would not make any business sense whatsoever. Most of their products are on 6-monthly/annual release schedules.

It's not as if there are smoking Black Friday deals on non-refurb Apple products, either.
