Welcome to the second test of the 2013 Ashes series. England come to this test after a dominant victory at Trent Bridge. The Australians will be looking to bounce back after that embarrasing defeat with a win here in the second test at The Oval.Alastair Cook was named man of the match in the first test and he said after the game 'We are looking forward to the second test, we have the upmost confidence that we can delivery a victory at The Oval'. Englands captain hit a fantastic 188 and hopes he can deliver again with the bat to gain a 2 - 0 lead in the Ashes series.

However, Australian captain Michael Clarke said 'There was a lot weight on the shoulders of James, Mitchell and the rest of the bowlers, everyone expected to see big things of these but they were just feeling the nerves of such a massive test like this'. James Pattinson and Mitchell Starc both finsihed the first innings without getting a wicket and there was a lot of talk in the press that these two bowlers were as good as Brett Lee and Jason Gillepsie. It obviously didnt show in the first test, can they improve in the second test?

ESPNCricinfo spoke to England pace bowler Steven Finn after the game and he told us 'The Barmy Army are the key to our victories as a test team, they support us where ever we go. The Ashes is special moment and the Barmy Army love it'. The Barmy Army reached a record atmosphere at Trent Bridge and much is expected at The Oval.

Well here we are at the second test. England have made one change to the side Stuart Broad picked up an injury in the last day of the first test and Yorkshire all rounder Tim Bresnan has come into the team to replace Broad. Australia have stuck with the same team from the first test with everyone thinking there would be many changes after a heavy defeat at Trent Bridge.

Michael Clarke and Alastair Cook the two captains were at the crease for the toss. Michael Clarke called heads and won the toss and decided to bowl first. Clarke said 'The pitch looks in condition for bowling and I think we have made the right choice.'

Things going really really fast. Good presentation, but it would be good if you post session by session. It'll make the game interesting.

Good ton by Cook there. :thumbs

Chef and Swanny did great to win the game comprehensively.

The lions have got the taste of blood! Its time for some Kangaroo hunting.

Yahooooooooo. Great first innings lead by Eng and great ton by Cook, who was unlucky to miss on a double, like in RL ensured an easy win. Would like more pics and session updated. The writing is fab though.

Hope for a same result in the real Ashes
