Still don't understand how @NilayShah60 believes that Khawaja should be in this XI from a ton he scored last year in completely opposite conditions in terms on favoring Spinners and Pacers. He plays extremely lazily in the field and lacks the foot work required to bat in those conditions and unable to adapt from a tear away fast bowler to a swing bowler. There is absolutely no reason he should be in the team away from Australia in a series this big. Of course I want him to score but come on.

He has the worst possible technique for batting in English conditions

"Every one of Usman Khawaja's last eight dismissals against England has been effected by Jonny Bairstow, dating back to the Boxing Day Test in 2017 - seven of them caught behind, and one stumped. Without looking, can you tell me whose bowling the stumping was off?" from Cricinfo. Yikes, that is not good at all. Believed that he was too skilled a batsman to be dropped but this and a solitary 50 in English conditions is certainly no good.

I'd back Labuschagne at 3 for the next match if Khawaja doesn't score big in the next innings, he had a go at 3 last summer. That's if all goes well with Smith's issues though.

When the artificial light over takes the natural light they come off apparently, is it not just light? Labushagne had just hit a four as well so he must’ve seen it.

You would think that light was light like, you'd be raging if you paid £80 for a ticket and they went off because of bad "natural" light
