DAY - 3​

Good Morning to all the lovely people out there. I'm your host joining you again for the 3rd day of this match. After end of 2 days in this match, the match is looking even stevens. It looks like most probably it is heading towards a draw but this is game of cricket, a funny game. Anything can happen, you can't predict the result until the last ball is bowled.
The stage is all set and here's the start of play. In order to have a proper result, India A has to declare at some early stage. They had a target in mind to declare. They wanted to score some quick runs but the early morning dew made the ball swing and harder for the batsmen to time it to perfection. It didn't go as planned by India A. The first session was a bit quite. India A just managed to reach 294/4 whereas the Goblin bolwers were successful to pick up the wicket of Virat Kohli. India A would have planned to declare until lunch but they are still trailing and I don't think so they will declare while in trail. Yes, there's the official confirmation, India A will resume their batting after lunch break.

This match is slowly and steadily heading towards a draw. Only hope is if India A could manage to score quick runs or Goblins can bowl out India A. It was obvious that India A batsmen had to score quick runs. They threw their bats at each and every delivery but could'nt put anything away. The pitch is turning and having uneven bounce now. The game is into day 3 now and the batsmen rightly understood that. They tried to settle down and then score some runs. Badrinath and Tiwari built up a solid partnership. Together they put up 112 runs and completed their half centuries. They were going strong until Madsnake struck with a beauty and got S. Badrinath out leg before wicket. India A could only add 84 runs in this session, they would've estimated more. And the captain has decided to declare with a lead of 75 runs. Is it too late? We fill find out soon as the Goblins will start their second innings right after this tea break.

The Goblin batsmen are padded up and ready to bat. The India A bowlers will be looking forward to get the openers out cheaply as they did in first innings. The Goblin batsmen were careful at the start. They batted with a plan. The most sensible thing to do i.e. see off the new ball without loosing many wickets and they were successful in doing that. The openers put up a strong first wicket partnership of 76 until Gamerkid got a peach of a delivery from P. Kumar. A yorker right at his toes and Gamerkid couldn't bring down his bat on time. Out Bowled!!! Tarzan comes in next. Both the batsmen at the crease now knows that the day's play is about to be over. The calmly play all the balls and managed to keep their wickets safe. The umpires takes the bails of and its the end of the day. Goblins managed to score 98 runs with the loss of 1 wicket. Goblins lead by 25 runs.

This game looks like to be heading towards a draw, it'll be interesting to see if India A can bowl out Goblins cheaply and bring a twist in the game. To know what happens, tune in tomorrow for live action of Day 4 of this test match which could end either way. Thats all I have for the day, more live action tomorrow. Till then have a good time. though the game is doing towards draw Goblins should try to score quickly and give the bowlers around 50 Overs to bowl ...

Looks like 50 overs won't be Enough to take 10 wickets as it is Globins not Brigades..
But only way We can have result is some surprises.
