Vipers VS Wolvies
Welcome back. The Wolvies have started the run chase. Let's see how they do it.
They started slowly, just like the Vipers. Now 35 ovrs and 204 runs left- the match is getting exciting.
149 from 35. Yeah, still not a wicket has fallen. But for God's sake- they must change their style of play now, the asking rate is already 7+ and it's rising each over. Still, if I take the run required and balls left like a T-20 match, the Wolvies can still win.
Looks like they have listened to me. :cool: 37 from 30, turning out to be another thrilling match.
Some tight slog over bowling by the Vipys, and they are again back on the driver's seat. 34 from 18- what will happen now?
Woha! A maiden!!! Fantastic slog over bowling by the Vipers. Wow!
Last over, 22 runs- possible, but difficult. How about giving the last over to WC?
Now, I must be dreaming!! They have given the last over to WC?!!!?? What will he do? What will he do?
What did he do? He won the game for the Vipys. :banana2:banana2 Wow! Fantastic bowling. (He can bowl as well?!! Didn't know this)
The openers were terrific. But I must say, they were a bit slow. Anyway, the others also contributed. But the problem was, they played very well throughout the game- but chocked at the very end and failed to utilize the slog overs. Oh well, better luck next time.
The mere fact that WC has actually bowled a ball gives me the creeps. Man, I still can't believe this- he CAN BOWL!!! And he could also pick up a wicket!!! Wake me up guys, I'm dreaming.
So, that's all from here folks. The Vipys have won this close encounter. It was a terrific game, although I missed WC's belly dancing. But his crying was more than enough. Eeek!!! Bye bye for now. See ya soon.

Welcome to the ODI match between the Lions and Worlverines.
I'll try and stay awake for you watchers sake's.
The Lions captain won the toss and chose to bat,can't tell you who he is because of this new law that Captain's wear overcoats.
The lions openers went at a sedate rate after Scion_Sid used Tranqualizer on them while they weren't looking!!!
The first wicket was Amiya,bowled by Vickyrox,who intentionally bowled the ball while Amiya was yawning(Because of the tranquilizer.)!
Then King Cricket,who hadn't been Tranquilized yet, smashed the attack to all parts of the ground!
To try and stop it Vickyrox started annoying KC,in reply King Cricket hit it straight at Vickyrox who gleafuly snatched the catch!!!
That left GG and 20/20 Pro at the crease.
GG and Pro kept the runs moving as Pro had finally got through the Tranquilizer and had got the umpire to take the rest of Scion Sid's supply!
Then the unthinkable happened!
Scion got a fresh batch of Tranquilizer and accidently used it on Xuzuno!
That meant play was held up for a long time as Xuzuno was supposed to be bowling!!
When he eventually woke up both Giggity and Pro went out because they were so bored after waiting such a long time!!!
KX and Viral were there for the final 4 overs....
Viral and KX started hitting out,only stopped in their tracks by Scion sneakily pulling a second ball out of his pocket to run Viral out!
Young CP55 faced up with a helmet about three sizes too big,as a result he couldn't see the ball coming and got out lbw.
Madsnake and KX were there at the end with the Lions just falling short of 300.

But then the Wolverines lost the plot!!!
With Pro fielding on the bat,he caught Paul and Ursonly,but I don't envy his bumps when a six was hit!
Shub fell to the same trick,but Zohaib had avoided it.
Instead Pro pulled another trick by fielding on the ball,so when Zohaib hit it for six Pro threw it towards Viral so he could take the catch!!!
The next 11 overs went slowly,except for KC learning from Scion how to run someone out with a different ball!!!!
On top of that Scions tranquilizer had been stolen by KX who used it on the Wovlerine's batters!!!
And they fell further behind the run rate thanks to the tranquilizer!
But despite the tranquilizer Khalek and Aamir almost hit at a run a ball,think of how well they might have done if the tranquilizer hadn't have been stolen?
But nontheless,the batting easily fell short of the required asking rate.
Well,that wasn't exciting enough,I could barely keep awake through that,I'm signing off for now!!!!

Hello Everyone. Welcome to Barbados for One Day match between Wild Wolverines and Lightning Lions. I'm your Aamir and I'll take you through the day's play. The conditions are typical Caribbean. Flat and hard pitch, clear sky and the sun shining hard. There will be plenty of bounce for the seam bowlers whereas the batsmen will get the ball on the bat. Ideal conditions for the game of cricket.
Wolverines captain Shubhrayu won the toss and elected to bat first.
The opening batsmen started off well and got off to a good start. Steadily the put on 50 runs partnership and were looking good. Vaibhav got the 1st breakthrough for Lions. He dismissed Ursonly11 at the score of 32. Shubhrayu came in to bat with the settled opener ansariaamir_leo. They were watchful as they had just lost a wicket and wouldn't like to loose anymore. ansariaamir_leo played well and got to his fifty. He was playing brilliant but was unlucky to miss on a century. He was dismissed on 84. All the other Wolverine batsmen got off to starts but none can convert it into any sort of big score and in the end the Wolverines managed to post 244 in their allotted 50 overs
The Lions openers got off to a brilliant start. They played sensibly and were timing the ball perfectly. The pitch seemed to have lost some bounce which turned in favour of the Lions. The openers put on 190 runs forthe opening wicket. 20/20 got to his century. The Wolverines bowlers made a comeback and dismissed both the openers. Giggity was unlucky to be dismissed on 97. The requied rate had reached 8 runs per over towards the end of their innings but with wickets in hand, the Lion batsmen threw their bats at every ball and managed to steal a thriller by scoring the winning runs off the last ball.
Thats all for the day. This match had everything that the spectators had wished and paid for. See you again in the next game. Till then I'm your host Aamir saying Good bye and have a pleasant day.
