@ OffCutters: Ok i guess he ain't too bad (other than bowling) but hes not up to international standard. He's a pretty good batsman but a bowler who doesn't turn the ball or give it flight. Im surprised they even call him an allrounder.

Yeah.I'll simulate the matches using EA Sports Cricket 07 as i found it very decent after using it in WPL™.
I'll let each team to be owned by a person who will manage the team like you do in International Cricket Captain games.
Things get interesting only when there is an element of surprise.So,here it is:
The match format! It will be neither a Test nor an ODI/T20.
THE FORMAT:
* ALL THE MATCHES WILL BE 2 DAY MATCHES.
* EACH TEAM WILL HAVE ITS INNINGS ON EACH DAY.
* A MAXIMUM OF 100 OVERS PER EACH SIDE.
* ONE INNINGS PER SIDE
* A MAXIMUM OF 20 OVERS PER BOWLER
* 40 OVERS OF POWERPLAYS
EXHIBITION MATCH:
New Zealand vs England played at Auckland
New Zealand Innings:
England Innings:
RESULT:
New Zealand win by 136 runs.
As you can see,scoring 477 runs in 81 overs isn't slow by any stretch of imagination.
So,the players approach it with an aggressive mindset that distinguishes this format from the 3-day or 2-day warm up games that you witness.
I'll extend the squads when we have owners for all the six teams.
I'll let each team to be owned by a person who will manage the team like you do in International Cricket Captain games.
