Day two and Australia strike back with Thomson leading the pack.England crash from 171/3 to be 206 all out(Nothing has changed in 130 odd years!).George Ulyett top scores with 79.Impaccable line and length from Australia, only 2 extras 1 wide and 1 no-ball.

Thus ends the first ever test match in history.This match also had its bit of controversy. Frederick "Demon" Spofforth declined totake any part in the match as New South Wales wicketkeeper Bill Murdoch wasn't included and left out in favor of Blackham.Spofforth returns for the second test as Murdoch gets a chance in second test.Can Spofforth make a difference?Only "Time" knows.

I agree.with patches and everything, Cricket 2002 is the best.On hard level it was really tough and the scores are realistic.Also, A.I. is also smart enough to change the field according to the situation.Much better than cricket 2004,2005,2007!!

2nd test Melbourne 31 March, 2,3,4 April 1877 (timeless match)

After the defeat in the first test, Australia has made three changes in the side, importantly bringing in F.R.Spofforth who is leading the growth of the game in Australia,T.J.D Kelly and of course W.L.Murdoch.
England , however are sticking to the same side.here are match conditions

Australia has won the toss and elected to bat.Lets see if it is the right decision as the match goes by!
