Its me Rike who will guide you for the first day of this Test match where the dream plan begins for the England...

The pitch looks a bit hard and might just crack up a little as the game progress or as the days progress. It looks to me a very Result pitch where you are sure of getting the result.

You need to write bit more. Try some new ideas. Don't just type player name ex KP-heads make it more interesting although nice start for the story you can surely improve.

it's a good start, however, i would like to see more writing, i'm sure you will do that as this story get's further through.

ok line-up for england, i'm not a big fan of sidebottom and his hair, i'd like to see another batsman in their as this is a batting track.

anyway, let's see how it goes

A.Strauss : 33 out to Ryder

A.Cook : 37 not out

Inning's Highlight

Well guys... 1 Day session 1 is over and it seems a steady start for England but they have lost a wicket and a silly wicket given to a non regular bowler.. Ryder...

It was a good start with 8 boundries hit so far 4 each from both and they were on top untill befor lunch Ryder took the wicket in his very first over.

Above was the shot he tried to hit it and was caught behind by fulton.

A.Cook is looking in great knick to befor the match, there was doubt on his form and fitness but he has proved wrong so far and might just play a long innings here.

He scored a fluent 37 runs hitting 4 boundaries

England to post a huge total must have him playing a longer innings.

After the wicket of Strauss it was england Captain Kevin Pieterson who came out to the crease who is yet to make a mark

Earlier For Newzealand it was J.Oram and I.O.Brien who opend Bowling for England


Jacob Oram really surprised every body with 4 out of 6 LBW appeals in his ver first over. He consistently hit the right line and length and troubled the English Batsman.

It was O.Brien who bowled poorly as i think he was short of match practice and was struggling a little bit.

Ryder was introduced as the 2nd bowling change after Gillespi and bowled really good 1st over for 5 runs and 1 wicket. It could have been 2 wickets but Cook's LBW appeal was not given which looked out here from the Commentator's Box.

Gillespi back to NewZealand Cricket bowled good 1st 2 over's but was hit for 3 consecutive boundaries by Strauss and 1 by Cook

So Guy Welcome To England Vs NewZealand Day 1 Session 2

Well we had seen some good cricket till session one by good batting by Strauss and Cook and some good bowling by Oram and Ryder.

But Things are different write now..

Here is the Second Session Stats

Highlight's Of Day 1 Tea

England has started of brilliantly in this test match series with 193/3. Earlier Fluent hitting by strauss and cook reached England at 72 during luch session and then Kevin Pieterson and A.Cook scored as if it was a 50 over match hitting ball over the ground untill one thing happend. Before knowing what happend lets look at some shots by Pieterson and Cook

and both score 50 each...

and the Cook Gives his catch to Hay and edges it thin...

He was so disappointed as he could not convert his 50 to 100...

Then came and M.Ramprakash.. and ..... OUT!!

Gillespi just took 2 in 2 and the score suddenly from 151/1 beacame 151/3... and in come's P.Collingwood...
