Why didn't you ask? The natural course of things are lineup rules come with lineups asked for.
This is a PC players league, of course teams are expected to rotate their lineups in order to give the signups all equal match time.

this should have been told before the signups because then people and team owners would have planned according to this

one cannot just come up with such a rule after the teams are made


this is like IPL auctions are done and few teams have taken 10-12 oversees players in auctions with a view to play 6-7 in main 11

and then boom suddenly after the auctions, they announce you can only play 4 overseas players in a match
