The Underdog's of English Football. *Updated v Vauxhall Motors*

Haha okay then. ;)

I reckon you should, judging by past performances. A quick striker that has an eye for goal is generally awesome in the lowery leagues.

Jody Banim and Tony Gray's stats are pretty decent, but they just don't seem to be firing :(. Next Update will be tuesday people. Hang over tomorrow, college and work Monday, then off Tueday :)

Oh well, at least you haven't lost yet! :p

After all the Preperation the league was go for 2008/2009 and thus, started Lee Sweetman's Reign as Droylsden FC Manager. The Droylsden fan's had high hopes of 3 points in this game as Vauxhall have been 'wipping' boys in the Conference North for the best few seasons.

Here is the Line Up for Droylsden.

------------------- C. Mawson -----------------
--S.Newton--S.Halford--C.Ruffer---L.Brownhill---
--J.Banim----S.Beck----J.Mcguire-----N.Carroll---
-------------T.Gray----R.Patterson--------------

The game started Brightly for the Bloods with Beck going close with a shot from 20 yards that only just missed the post. Vauxhall then came straight back at Droylsden with Enthusiastic R.Taylor forced Mawson into a good save, Droylsden were then handed a lifeline on 38 Minutes when T.Smith fould McGuire in the area by holding onto his shirt, and Droylsden had a penalty. Fan Favourite Jody Banim stepped up, however, Banim fired the ball straight into the keeper, and the Chance had gone, Droylsden tried the re-bound but Brownhill's shot went over.

Half Time Droylsden 0-0 Vauxhall Motors.
