hehe.. But, A final Touch-Up of image > Apply Image, then Sharpen or Sharpen edges would do it.
Try fading after sharpening, this gives you a brief idea on how much sharpening you want..
After Sharpen Method, go to > Edit > Fade sharpen.. Actually, it's the fade option which fades anything you apply to the image, brushes, whatever..it just fades anything ..
So, when you sharpen the image, the fade option optimizes the last filter you've used and produces a new filter in itself called " fade sharpen"..
use that fade option and it really helps you out a lot..
you won't understand this thingy above, just do it, and you'll get it..
