Nice work there. The colour mixing looks good and the lightning bolts and circle textures look good. The light textures on the other side of him could be improved, the one near his shoulder isn't blended well enough and stands out too much. The text is bad as well. Try a different font and add more to it with different styles and blending modes and more spaces between each letter and put it around his legs. Plus it would be "teh pav" not "the pav"
