Saw a bit of the Mangel on on twitch last night was less than impressed but had a look at the minminter one and game looks a lot better. I think expectations were too high and 2k have played it safe and not altered too much.I considered refunding it and really waiting until its cheaper but I know I would rebuy it 10 mins later anyway.

I was going to wait till the standard edition is cheaper, but when I balance that against pre-ordering it and getting the Under the Lights pack with the night-time majors, which I would bought anyway, I'm probably not paying much more if I pre-order. That's what I'm trying to justify to myself.

Interesting that the claim is that Djokovic is exclusive to Tiebreak, according to Ross anyway. I'd say it would be a timed exclusive at best.

I’ve noticed it’s rated worse than Tiebreak on PC, which seems strange, unless there is variances between console and PC
What's your opinion mate? Which of the two you recommending

Big update with the "big three" coming to tiebreak soon.Then we will be able to give a better comparison.As i am a cheapskate won't be able to get into topspin until the weekend.
Top Spin animations seem to flow better purely from watching videos.. but again I'm no tennis expert!

I’m taking the cowardly way out and going to wait for a sale before I buy the game. I’m happy getting my tennis kicks from Full Ace and the progression of Tiebreak for now, but that may change.
I'm in love with TP 2K25. The animations, the game is smooth, AI is great too.
The pc version is better because you can jump to 2m120 Hz.
For a offline gamers, the roster is a bit light, we need 10-15 more players to be ok.
Career mode is the same than TP4 but in 2024, playing 1 tournament by month, it's not possible, we need the real calendar.
