Tour match thread -Scotland v Australia Aug 28

Yes. I could love him as much as I love KP and Bopara ;)

Denly is class though. This is the first time I've seen him play FC cricket, and he looks really good. Has handeled this attack very well so far.

Nice to see Hauritz getting abit of a smacking as well :p

Jimmy Anderson's still going strong. 6/34 off 14.3 now.

It's never been that hot in Adelaide. Where'd you get that from?

It IS possible for the wind chill to make it 52 degrees quite easily in Adelaide.

To be honest I think I'd rather have Monty than Rashid. Rashid still bowling way to many long hops and full tosses. Monty's been out of form but I'd trust him more than Rashid.

That one wicket from Panesar guarantees him a start in all 5 tests. I hate our selectors.

The hottest temp ever in Adelaide is 46.1 degrees which was this year. Hottest temperature ever in Australia is 53C back in 1889. Doubt Gough would've been playing then. :p

Fahrenheit I'm guessing?

Don't they go by Celsius in England?

Pontings got his worried face on again. Not good. They've relised Haruitz is a hack and have Clarke into the attack now :(

As I said, 46.1 might have been the highest actual temperature, but I'm pretty sure Bob was talking about the wind chill, which would blow the temperature in Adelaide way behind 52.

Denly and Moore are doing it easy here. 171 on the board and very few chances given. The spinners have been given a whack, and these 2 guys have played them very nicely. Neither afraid to use their feet and it's just really good to see. You Aussies enjoying it atm?

Well done Dan. :p

Damn, was always going to happen after that post :p. Nice bit of swing from Lee, really swung in late. How they needed that wicket, time for Belly to come in and show what he's made of now.

That's what he's made of then. Bottler Bell strikes once again.
