Insane deal, I paid 240k for a similar 18 year old last season. Respectable primary, even above training age, are usually in high demand. Market must have flooded, maybe a lot of competent trainees just popped or maybe once you get this far into the season, the newbies have run out of money.

I should add that I gained much of the funds to buy that player by selling a comp/comp/comp 28 year old batsman for 110k.

You've got to build a base before you can get to the long run. Unless you have a billion dollars floating around you can't buy a team of superstars.

Yaa , i know but this season i will be promoting to league IV. There i must be needing better players to cope up. I already have such who fail agaist slightly better teams.

Div 4 for you guys isn't too tough, Suren is table topping with his side. Those resp/med guys will go just fine against them. It's Australia where those guys would be less effective.

I don't think these guys are good in the long run.
You can't really rely on instant players "in the long run". It cost millions just to buy one hot player, much less a team. You need the guys in your nets to deliver and from that angle, you can't rely totally on them either, you need guys who are ready, not will be ready.

Ok , It's just the way you look up for it. I have different opinions. Good luck anyways:cheers

Sufyan France - 17 yo, BT Rating=2,193 [transfer listed]
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, fresh
A steady player with abysmal leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: worthless Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: worthless Concentration: worthless
Bowling: respectable Consistency: worthless
Fielding: abysmal
Sold for 4k helped no end by the fact a noob bid twice for him once for 3k then for 4k :D

That guy is pretty crap but he is easily trainable to be in a good player if you have adqeuate nets for him.

I reckon he's a bit too much work to train up. I did buy a guy with wortless stamina and fielding but he at least had woeful concentration/consistency. Only problem he was a very low respectable.
