Im starting to re-build now, the first half of the season has told me a lot of things so the 2nd half will be mainly experimental and building on the current team ive got. Got a couple of players lined up id like to bring in but after tomorrow's home game ill have about ?2.6m to spend, so ill be using it well, probably to bring in a new batsman and an all rounder.

I'm gonna start rebuilding early too, my hopes of getting promotion have been dashed by a bloody good IV team relegated. The rest of the league are absolutely pips, so second place is no challenge. I'm going to be training up a couple of youth pulls, if I see a decent deal elsewhere I will sell some.

With FC coming in hopefully next season (touch wood!) I'm not sure what to do about backup players. I'm going to ditch my current ones because they are a load of crap, already sold one for a handy ?10K, will be firing a few. If I start accumulating decent players now, by the next season I will have a decent support lineup (and I won't be affected so much by the inevitable inflation of the market when everyone realises that we might need some FC backups again.

well this is my rebuilding season, was aiming to finish second (with half of the season gone its as good as mine)

possibly could finish first if i win tomorrow and get a little bit of NRR help, but i was planning to get promoted next season so even though ill strive tog et it this season, i don't know if it will be for the best in the long run

im financially sound aswell now, and have my training sorted


so i dont have much to do, so ill have more time to devote to the PC league (aiming to finish 2nd, in division 1)

my rebuilding will be done all next season....should be finishing first and get promoted to division 3....and then by that time i will have at least 1.5-2 million at hand to spend on may be 2 or 3 good players(prefereable allrounders)

I am so saving up ITS starting next week soo that at the start of the new season i can have 100 ITS to promote 2 ppl
cant promote anyone rite now as i dont have the nets for them, but next season there 2 of my trainees will become 20 yrs and that will probable freeup 5 nets

my plan is that by the end of next season i can go up to division 2, with a really strong team...hope fully have 3 allrounders(already have 1), 2 strong bowlers(have 1), and all the other batsmen with min. Proficient batting(have 3)

thats a good bowler n yaa a handy batsmen in the lower order for sure...sounds like a great buy, i wouldnt say hez over priced cause of the inflated market....his stamina might be the only let down

Its an ok deal. He needs secondaries though. Give him stamina, batting, bowling, wk, and possibly fielding (last two to train secondaries).

Cheers embi. I've given him: 5 bowling nets, 2 batting nets, 1 Keeping net, 1 fielding net and 1 fitness net. Is this Ok?

Are you insane!!! He'll be too tired to play!! One player a team does not make.
Just try:

1 bowling
1 batting
1 stamina
1 fielding

When stamina hits Proficient/Strong, get him a second bowling. Train till his 21st birthday.

5 bowling nets is too many. i reckon 2 stamina, 2 keeping, 2 batting, 2 bowling and 2 fielding. Unless you want to train some others.

Btw if you do this he won't be able to play until you stop training him, his fitness will be absolutely run down.
