haha, I'm getting a little bored of the game and constantly finishing 2nd or 3rd in T20 and Youth and 6th in OD so I've just decided to do something a little different.

Yeah, sounds gd... Im alright with just chugging along... Im on the brink of getting into div II so I cant complain.

Dont really care about youth and T20... just using that for promising youth to gain exp.

What I really need is to go a few seasons not spending anything lol

Yep, it seems that way. All-Rounder until the end of next season probably then onto probably bowling technique to close the tech gap.

yeah, it will be a season. depending on the tech gap and where he is in batting, then i'll decide where to go from there, but definately all-rounder training for all of next season, and the end of this season.
