And now with the new season underway, I'm looking for new youths, especially good 16 year olds. Here is what I'm looking for, in each age. And I'm looking to spend a lot.
16 y/o
Batting/Bowling: Reasonable (Average)
Technique: Average (Will prefer reasonable if it's average primary skill and will accept ordinary technique if reasonable primary)
Endurance: Ordinary (Will accept poor)
Fielding: Poor (Will accept dreadful)
Power: Depends on player type, dreadful at least though, unless it's a spinner
Talents: Doesn't matter, will pay more for better talents.
Or for an all-rounder.
Batting: Ordinary/Average+
Bowling: Average+
Technique: Ordinary+
