Instead of training him as an all-rounder, I would go for a specialist bowler who can bat at lower-order. Training him as an all-rounder won't help him too much but as he is just 16 you can boost his bowling much higher... And he will make U19 and if NT. Train just bowling tech...

Ok, cool. I've just asked the question as it frees up some money maybe just to buy one more youth or two and lowers my senior wages. I didn't sell him at the start of the season as he will only get the full 100% today.

I'm willing to sell him for $40,000. He's not even part of my lowly bowling lineup although I just play the younger guys for experience really.

And my 17 yo all-rounder. I should probably put Kentwell in their but I don't really like him anyway. He never performed when I first bought him so I guess that's the reason.
