I want a fair bit for this guy and must promise to play him a lot to get the experience up (probably youth + 1 senior game a week). He could play for Netherlands U19 although a higher academy level would help. Doesn't need any endurance/power training and probably only needs 1 fielding pop, which will help tech catch up as well.

Jongerius is going to be trained as a batsman, and Van Agtmaal as an all-rounder possibly. So I probably need a bowler. I don't want to spend much on one though because after next season I'm foregoing my youth side.
