HI WHERE IS THE NEW IRCU
I CAN'T FIND IN BOSS'S PATCH VERSION 4
& whether u have to use the field setting in boss's patch 4

NEW IRCU is something Boss did, and you can find it in CGPV3. As it does seem to be in CGPV4.

Fresh installation means , installing the patch on a frsh GOB file (IE. the original unedited one)

i think u have to first install the original ai and then the patch u need to import

Some review on ur patch (you must be knowing i have done a fresh installation!).

India vs England on a Hard pitch in Dunedin (NZ)

England 235 all out off 45 overs. That was very realistic. However, batting now seems to be play different. It has become a bit easier than before when I installed it on a not fresh GOB. I have scored 115/2 off 15 overs with only two advance shots. Got a nick to start with in the second over and had another nick in the 8th over. But the timing off the shots was easier than it was when I played it before.

ONE THING, EA TRULY S**KS!! They have produced a sh***y game which plays differently at different times.

Meanwhile Tutsi, did you work extensively on the advance shots in this version of ur patch? Coz still once you get to know how to time the shot, you keep on timing it well and it gives me huge sixes. I hope its like even after you're well settled, if u attempt a advance shot with the power button, chances are it top edges or gets the height but not the distance, etc

i completely agree with you. i have always said that cricket 2004 run differently on different systems having different graphics cards.

ya i have worked on the advance shots. but the thing is that i do not play advance shots coz most of the time i always miss-time it. but anyone who plays advance shots a lot can test this thing. but i have made sure that the advance shots work like they do in real cricket.

The patch is great, but there are some problems playing shots. I can play a cover drive with a left-hand batsman but not with a right-handed one. Also, I can play an on-drive with a right-hand batsman but not with a left-handed one. Hope you can fix this soon.

n yea homie, i dunnno y ur gettin this problem but this is in no way connected to patch.

i think ur gettin some problem with ur key controller. try to fix tht.

go to Boss'a AI patch thread for downloading his latest patches which include the IRCU update.. his IRCU updates adds more realism along with Tutsi's patches too and takes the gameplay to new heights!

Answer to sai's PM : I'm sorry man, i'm not willing to spend any more time on the patches for Cricket 2004 since it gives us very limited options to improve the gameplay drastically. We have done everything to improve the gameplay through GOB editing. Now the only way to improve the game further is through EXE editing and i'm afraid and i don't think SAM is not doing anything more about it. Besides, Cricket 2005 and BLIC are on the verge of release so i'm just gonna store all my new ideas for them coz i'm damn sure that the AI of both these games will S**K.

As regarding ur request, i will try and look into the ODI settings to improve the CPU's overall total.
