TV Series General Discussion

It is because Lord Sugar basically bums of Myles. Surprising to see Leah and Luisa still there. All Luisa does is overpower everybody, and Leah is just annoying. Also why did they put Francesca in the kitchen, when she can barely turn on the hob. It was funny when she threw the Spaghetti at the wall to see if it was cooked. The look on the guy watching was priceless.

Sort of lost interest when Jason got fired. He was worth watching.

The one most likely and deserving to win the show, is probably Neil.

Leah's rather easy on the eye so I'm quite glad she's still there. :p

Neil I thought at first was arrogant but he actually is very good. He's the sort of guy that would come 2nd though. Lord Sugar would find Luisa a nightmare to work with so it will be Neil or Myles to win for me.

My uncle left a DVD of Prison Break a week back, and I've already finished the 3rd Season now. First time I've watched atleast an entire season of any show! Anyone else who liked it?

I haven't watched season 3 yet , trying to finish season 2 , I love the action though because this was the first movie series when I started watching them .

Finished with Prison Break (finally!) and Mad Men.

Prison break was far too stretched, Season 1 was arguably the best season of TV series you'll ever see which is why the name was based on. They should have just ended with Season 2 making 12 episodes per season while still extending it to 4 seasons but instead they stretched this series for so long that they just wished people ignored all the plot holes and follow the series at every twist that it went boring. That said, finale was still great, interesting and deserving to all the characters. Overall whole series is still better than most of the shows currently airing and it's worth a watch for someone who likes twists and turns that will keep it intriguing while you have your 'WTF' and 'Wow' moments. I don't think any other series has ever reached this level that will play with user mind at every end.

As for Mad Men, I was never into this genre but due to people recommendations,I went for it and so far, I am thoroughly loving this show. This isn't any typical action based show you'll see but a well directed series based on the issues of advertising agency and to some extent, historic events in 1960's era.

Finally (drunkenly) downloaded Friday Night Lights the other night, and I'm steaming through season one already. Being a football player myself the first episode had me on the verge of tears!

Eh? Is it real football or American football?

Hehe I was actually about to start watching that one, will get to it sooner now.

Done with season 1 of The Newsroom. Very good show. Informative, well acted, interesting plot that doesn't labor on any boring story arcs.

Last season premiere of Breaking Bad got underway on Sunday with a bang. Absolutely phenomenal first episode.

That said, the final season of Dexter is simply unrivaled. Nothing like it! Will always be my favorite TV series. Absolutely gutted that the show is only five episodes away from completion.
