vcash?

Whats the point in vcash and reps... So many people sulk about it, yet some people don't relise that this is a forum!

i rekon we should ditch it.

I don't see anything wrong with Vcash. Some people enjoy using it and those that don't are welcome to ignore it.
As for rep, if it encourages members to try and raise the quality of their posts rather than spam than it's a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

I understand that theres nothing wrong with it, its just people take reps so seriously, and i see that much spam it aint funny, so that obviously doesnt work.

And I have in the past and will continue to disable the system for anyone who takes it too seriously.
As for the spam, whilst I agree that there is still too much I think there is a lot less than most forums and unless we were going to go down the road of ultra-strict moderators it would be hard to reduce it. I don't want to do that and I don't think the members do either.
Also, I've seen people make a real effort to improve their posts because they care about the rep system. It's generally the younger posters, without being ageist, but such is the hassle of administering the system I can assure you we would have disabled it if it didn't work

I think this Vcash thingy is pretty good. Especially if I betted on some team than I am always sort of concerned and worried about the result. It just makes watching cricket more interesting even if my Home team India is not involved.
Also even a dead rubber gets my full interest cause I betted on a team!!!! LOL

You're right about that Siddharth. Because I want the team I betted on to win. I actually read in the preview Everton won two games in a row and saw Millwall down deep down their division, so I thought why not choosing that.

These teams are not really world beaters.

But thanks for making these football matches. Especially since I like football.

The Charlton game was a good win but the Sunderland match we only just pulled out a 93th minute winner!

Didn't know you were an Everton fan. :laugh But I remember now I actually watch the highlights of that match. Couldn't believe then that Everton couldn't beat Sunderland, until Cahill scored.

I'm addicted to winning big vCash but I never get enough to bet The only person that should be bored of betting is regena (sp) who is the richest person on PC. He has no use of vCash now.
