Summary of the PC United saga

Well, its been a dramatic day in the case of PC United, in there search to move into the English Premiership.
When they submitted the application to the FA, they were accepted which meant that they would be given
a cut off date for them to get 22 players ready, then the FA would have another look at there application, and
would decide wether they would be accepted into the Premiership. UEFA then got involved mid way through
the day and stated that the August 14th Cut off was too long in order for the submissions to be re checked and
teams notified before the start of the season, so, UEFA then said they cut off date would be the 8th August 2008.
The FA also said that if PC United didn't have 22 players ready for the season, they would be given emergency loan
players from numerous teams around England, they were then told that them emergency loans would last for 1 season,
and by the time the loans had run out, they had to have brought in the correct number of players to fill the 22 positions, if
they failed to do that, then they would be excluded from the Premiership, and another team that applied would be moved
up. This is certainly a controversal method that the FA have adopted, never have a team been able to jump into the top
division without a ball being kicked, well respected Manchester United Manager Sir Alex Ferguson had this to say:

"I really do think this ideal is absolutly appaling. Never should a team be promoted without a ball even being kicked,
so this means if a team is accepted, surely a team will have to be de-moted? Because FIFA have already said that they
will not add any extra spaces to the Premiership, so one team's gain is another team's loss."

The FA have finally released a sum up of there decision to open applications, it stated that the reason's they opened
were:

A number of teams in the Premiership were on the brink of Administration, which results in an automatic 10 point
deduction, and if a CVA is not sorted within 14 days, then the team would be expelled, Leaving places avaliable.

A number of teams have broken FIFA transfer rules, and there cases are going before FIFA, and if found guilty they
will automaticly be demoted 3 divisions.

When asked what teams were on the brink of administration, the FA refused to comment, but when we approached FIFA
about the teams that are alleged to have broken transfer rules they confirmed the transfers and teams they were looking at were:

Carlos Tevez (West Ham United to Manchester United)
Andriy Shevchenko (AC Milan to Chelsea)
Fernando Torres (Athletico Madrid to Liverpool)
David Bentley (Norwich to Blackburn Rovers)
Jo (CSKA Moscow to Manchester City)

If all of the transfers were found to have broken FIFA laws then Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Blackburn Rovers
and Manchester City would automaticlly be demoted to the Coca- Coca league 2, However, if the breaches are more serious
than is being said, FIFA could remove them from all forms of football in England for either 10 years to 50 years, this would
shatter most of the youngster's careers, one of those affected was Manchester United's Frazer Campbell, he had this to say:

"Well, to be honest, its a farse, and I just hope that all the allegations are either dropped or found out to not be true as I don't
want to lose my career here at Manchester United, for sure it will be a challenge to move somewhere else, but to be honest, I don't want
to, I would love to see out the end of my career here at Old Trafford"

We then approached FIFA to see when the results of these cases would be released and they refused to comment.

However, PC United Chairman Maney2k8 Isn't having any of it, he said this:

"Well, why after all the trouble has started do the FA come out with 2 reasons why it has happened? Surely, if they knew
that a number of teams are on the brink of Administration and could be demoted for Rule breaking, why didn't they say this
BEFORE the decision was given against us? Because they are scared of us, if they would have done it before, and we had the
22 players, by FIFA laws, we could automaticly be given the spot or spots avaliable, but because they have not told us until
after, then FIFA laws state that the whole application has to be followed, its complete rubbish, the FA have no clue on how to run
the national game. I really don't care if I recieve a punishment for my comments, but its the truth, and sometimes, the truth hurts."

But, Tomorrow is the day of reckoning for PC United as FIFA president Roman Sanchez will announce what will be happening
and that will affect the following factors:

Deadline for the team to fill the 22 positions
What league they can start in
If any points will be deducted
If either UEFA or the FA will be fined for there actions.

You will have to join us here on Sky sports tomorrow at About 1 o'clock to find out the result of the enquiry. Maney2k8 the PC United chairman has already stated there will be an internal vote open to people who would like to be the manager, with so many applicants already, it seems Treva's place is going to be eaisly filled.

For Sky Sports, Im Jim Toppleman.

Oh my god, they're killing PC United

PC Utd announce new manager

Planet Cricket United have confirmed their new manager to be the successor of Treva. Experienced, football knowledgeable loonatic Maninder Heer has been confirmed as the new player-manager. Heer said "Well they came up to me, put me in their van and knocked me out. The next thing I knew I had just signed a contract to be the manager." A few seconds of laughter. "I was serious." Maninder Heer who also plays as the hard headed defender who keeps the team going will now add to that description that he is the crazy manager who will do everything to win his matches. "Cool."
