So Windies do not play tests anymore just one dayers? WTF make these schedules? The Icc

WI will get a Test series the next time it's their turn...in a couple of years I guess. 2013/14 will be Ashes, must be WI and Pak touring Aus in 2014/15. This time Cricket Australia need another team to play limited overs cricket against since South Africa won't be coming back. WICB will gladly accept any money that CA will throw their direction...

Could turn out to be a pretty exciting series with the windies being t20 champions now and the fact that the series in the caribbean earlieer this year was drawn 2-2.

Apparently the PM's XI game will be a day/nighter as well.

Must be there way to open the lights at Manuka Oval

After watching WI in Bangladesh, this will be an interesting series for them. If Gayle comes back into the form, it will be a big plus for WI because Samuels is going very well. They also need Pollard and Lil Bravo to score consistently to win this series.

Would think the windies would play better on what will be better pitches in australia.

Which is probably why they were out here literally every second season during the 1980s. Then again they were a bigger draw card back then too. Back to them only playing ODIs there were a few of those seasons in the 1980s where they were here just as the 3rd team in the World Series Cup

According to the Future Tours Programme, Australia are due to host West Indies for 3 Tests in December 2015 to January 2016. That could all change with the World Test Championship though.

Phew! here goes another meaningless bi-lateral ODI series :facepalm

It would have been so much more interesting had SRL, AUS and WI played a tri-series instead. Somehow, it makes viewing cricket played at this time a bit uneasy without a tri-series, which was a kind of an annual fixture in the cricketing calendar.

Haven't seen Narine bowl live before, so will be interested to see how he goes. Did well against us over in the WI's, and had a pretty good 2012. :)
