Good win by Pakistan. I thought Mohammad Yousuf would get the Man of the Match, but Gul deserved it too, since he bowled on a batsman's pitch.

The Windies top order just wasn't able to get a solid base for the rest of the batting lineup to work with. Lara's 100 and Chanderpaul 80 still mean they lost. Very good bowling by Gul looks to have a bright future. Knew that Hafeez had talent with the ball what a big wicket he got.

Just a note, Yousuf holds the Pakistani record of having scored the most number of test runs in a calender year. With 1315 runs he is well ahead of the next Pakistani on the list, Inzamam with 1090 runs in the year 2000. And barring any injuries, he still has two more tests to go in this year.

i was just a bit dissapointed that he didn't get his 200...thats the second time hes got out in 190s in two series...

Great Achievement from Mohammed Yousuf. He gained 26 Points in his last innings which took him to the second spot on th ICC Test Player rankings. he is only 30 points away from First which Ricky Ponting holds. Hope another century can bring him to First in the ICC Rankings.

Good to see Umar Gul is in the top 20 now. Why has Asif disappeared from the bowler rankings yet Akhtar is still there in the top 10? From what I recall Asif was in at least the top 30.

Actually that is the highest ranking for a Pakistani batsman, not just Yousuf

Samiullah Khan Niazi is in Cricinfo probables for the starting XI for Multan. Good news in my opinion. He'll be replacing Razzaq if he plays.

yeah that would be a good choice and Razzaq hasn't done anything recently...also i think Yousuf can get the record if he really commits himself...i mean a 100 in each innings isn't that hard...well for him anyways...
