What variety of cheese do you love?

I like the cheese with mold on it the best. I really brings out the flavour I think.
Cheeses with mold on them are great in gourmet meals. Yum.

Parmesan not Permusan

Mozzarella for me.
Tastes better than normal Chedder, great for sauces, and Pizzas. It only has 2/3s the calories and alot lower in fat.

Manchego is nice, but good old chedder on toast really does it for me

I've eaten several moons in my time, and the cheese on a couple of Jupiter's moons has to be my personal favourite. Can't remember which moons I ate, and you can't look them up because they're not there any more.
