You could take S4 if ur in pakistan u could get it in 17,000 PKR which means almost 11,000 INR
And u can get it in latest android 5.2 Lollipop

S4 is a good phone, but a couple of generations old now. Not sure about the new phones, haven't kept track, sorry.

That's what i said. Never go for the lower models. S-series phones were good and is good. S4 comes around 17k.
